On Wednesday April 18th at 6:00pm the Lab will be hosting a “Bring a Friend for Free” night.
Meaning, if you bring a friend, you both can attend for free!!
This night will be designed for beginners who are looking for a new fitness regime, or for past Lab athletes looking to make a return and to bring their friends along too.
